Description
It has much more to do with a celebration of the basic properties of cognac, and ultimately of nature – the grape, the sunshine, the rain, the land – and the aromas that all of these create.
Very fresh, with a slight herbal note, accompanied by autumn leaves, fresh figs and vanilla from the oak. Very fresh and ‘green’, but not stalky.
