Jesús Partida carefully selected high-quality mature blue tequilana weber agaves that went through a unique process of cooking, extracting the juices, fermenting, and distilling; after the distillation process, they were rested in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months, providing delicious sweetness with notes of Vanilla, chocolate, and hazelnut with a long finish.
