Description
It is consumed at 7/9 degrees perfect as an aperitif wine where the bottle, paired with Iberian ham but also with an excellent culatello, pecorino di pienza or even simple salted toasted almonds. Also excellent with raw fish or sushi.
For blending, it is perfect for Bamboo with Lustau Puerto Fino and Vermouth Mulassano Extra Dry and Bitter Truth Orange bitters.
