Description
Taanug Cava Brut is a cava made from Xarello, Maccabeu and Parellada following the Kosher parameters (all the production process is supervised by a rabbi, as the codes of the Jewish religion dictate).
The three varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Once the coupage has been completed, the second fermentation in the bottle begins, with a minimum ageing time of 12 months.
Taanug Cava Brut is a soft, silky and fresh cava. A very honest cava, with elegant and persistent bubbles.
The Cava Brut by Elvi is a sparkling wine made from grapes grown in Spain’s fertile wine regions. The coloring is very light, translucent, straw, slighly green color. The aroma has a touch of fruit, yeast and almonds. The texture is nice with lighter acids that fall away at the end and a shorter aftertaste. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.
