Description
A classic Cabernet Sauvignon that is red-purple in color. It has a, complex nose that is reminiscent of berries, spice, cedar, chocolate. The nose carries through to the palate, delivering a rich, luscious texture with berry and cedar flavors. It is a well balanced wine with a long, pleasing finish.
Roasted, gritty aromas of bacon and spicy oak are burnt on the surface. This is fleshy and full in body, with moderate acidity. Herbal, minty, lightly green berry flavors have a rooty accent and oaky makeup. Finishing flavors of mint and raw oak blend into herbal berry leftovers.
