Almost-transparent ruby-garnet color. aroma was elegant and well-organized; soft strawberry tea & red cherry core was beautifully decorated by hints of tree bark, thyme, mild leather, and black pepper.
Developed to rose petal & perfume, and then roasted black bean with continuity. medium to light body(13.0%). M-H acidity. small-sized medium-low tannins. dry. real value. perfect choice to drink now. pairing with tomato-pasted pasta was fine. roasted chicken / meshed potato would be nice to be paired
