Description
Well-structured wine with aromas of black currant, cassis and white pepper. Dark and jammy fruit on the palate is underscored by hints of black licorice, vanilla and toasted coconut.
No wimpish wine at 15.8% alcohol, there is no heat to it, as it showcases Zinfandel’s terrific fruit intensity and big-bodied, briary, peppery, earthy style. There is loads of flavor; it is savory, dense, rich.
