nextSectionIslay fans will be pleased with this dram. Smoke on the nose, but not too thick. Perhaps a bit imposing on the tongue – but it is a 9-year-old, and clocks in at 46%…so that’s to be expected. Vanilla and smoke, to be sure. And that signature islay finish – smokiness and salt air.
