Description
Gris Blanc is a unique rosé. Its crystalline color, its fresh aromas and its contemporary labelling make it a resolutely modern wine. Ideal with Asian food, seafood and shellfish. Gris Blanc is ideal for any festive occasion.
The grapes are hand-picked and pressed directly. All the handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, until the start of the fermentation carried out at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is matured on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
