Located in cool Russian River Valley AVA. This single-vineyard Chardonnay shows nice acidity and has the perfect amount of oak and cream flavor.
Typical Russian River Valley cool temperatures come about at night giving light varietal grapes the perfect temperature. Aromas of golden Apple and lemon peel with hints of sweet vanilla and spice. Rich creamy mouthfeel with balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
Exceptionally well paired with lobster.
