A sweet sherry made with a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes and aged for eight to nine years to give a soft, fruity and rich wine.
Very sweet with a super thick texture. Appealing almonds/amaretto character. Subtle taste of figs. Caramel and toffee. Long, thick, and mouth-coating.
