This wine reflects a passion for crafting truly high-quality Pinot Noir. The wine is a cloudy garnet color, light looking. The aromas are subtle, not bursting with fruit but there is a hint of dark cherry, raspberry and a little bit of oak. The taste is light-bodied with a medium-plus acid, but almost no tannins at all. It’s really smooth on the back end with lots of cherries and some red currants in the mid-palate. The wine has a smooth finish.
