Philippe Lichtenstein learned the secrets and traditions of winemaking in France, studying at the University of Montpelier. He then made Aliyah to Israel with one dream, to bring the aromas and tastes of the vineyard of Provence in France to the mountains of Jerusalem. In this way, the dream of a French Winemaker combined with bunches of grapes bathed in the Israeli sunshine to create inspiration.

This Hayotzer is cool, crisp, and refreshing. It is a salmon-colored rose and has aromatic berries and fruit.
