Herzog Selection wines are all crafted by Pierre Miodownick, arguably the greatest kosher winemaker in all FranceÂand perhaps all of Europe. In Delagrave Red, he applies the same familiarity with the Bordeaux terroir he has also shown in his creations at Chateau Leoville-Poyferre and Chateau Giscours.
This Herzog Selection wine is a harmonious mixture of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, typical of red Bordeaux wines. It has a bright ruby color, fine bouquet, and enjoyable lightness. Best served at room temperature. It is marvelous with all foods.
