Those of you at East Nashville Beer Fest may have had a chance to try Rompo, our very sessionable Red Rye. We love this beer not just because you’ll love your third and fourth beer as much as you’re first, but also because we love the flavor. While the beer definitely celebrates it caramel malt character, the true hero of this one is the rye which cuts through the bitterness of the hops without overpowering them. Enjoy!
