Coming from vines up to 40 years old that all hand harvested. The wine is Aged in glass-tiled concrete vats; 6 months ageing on fine lees.A classic wine with richness, aromatic complexity and a fresh, mineral-like tension. Pairs well with shellfish, fish (salmon, bass, trout), or with sushi and sashimi.
