Description
CRAFT -The grapes were harvested, crushed, and gently pressed with minimal skin contact. The clarified juice was then cool fermented to optimize varietal expression, flavor, and intensity. There was no wood contact. We used a number of yeasts to ensure that we profiled the fruit and kept the fresh acidity.
LOOK -Pale straw color.
SMELL -Wonderfully lifted tree fruit aromatics of ripe pear and apple dominate with floral notes and light clove.
TASTE -The palate is ripe and rich with good oily texture. The wine is well balanced with a touch of fruit sweetness and a relatively crisp finish.
EAT -An ideal wine by itself or paired with antipasto, fresh seafood, or Southeast Asian cuisine.
