Elegant Merlot! High acidity. Strong tannin balance. Hint of blackberry. Full body. Long and balanced finish. It’s very good Merlot, and I wonder the winery always offers very nice wine. Very good cost-benefit-balance. Good pairing with spareribs.
Tasted at the winery. Super perfumed nose of toasted oak and fruit fusion, soft raisin, softly ripe floral note, super ripe fruit, vanilla, mocca, spices.
Mid to full body, lactic, juicy, dense, concentrated powerful lightly drying tannins, good acidity balance, soft dark chocolate notes, overripe blackberry, dense dark fruit.
Long peppery finish of acidity, oak, dark fruit. Cinnamon echo.
