Layers of blueberry and raspberry bring fruity notes to the fold and are supported by refreshing acidity which runs through the mid-palate and melts into a long ?nish. Soft tannins provide a smooth texture, with a touch of oak. Light enough to enjoy by itself, but also rich enough to enjoy with a meal.
The fruit forward pro?le and supple tannins of this wine make it pair particularly well with pasta with wild mushrooms, chicken Marsala, roasted pork or rack of lamb.
