Description
Auxey Duresses Blanc has a nice limpid gold-green colour and develops aromas of pippin apple and fresh almonds. The wine will perfectly match roasted fish, charcuterie when young ; with fish or poultry in a cream sauce when the wine has been aged.
From a lesser-known Côte de Beaune village that represents good value in Burgundy terms, this wine is full of bright red berries and ripe plums. Laced with acidity and a gentle swathe of tannins, the wine will develop relatively quickly and will be ready from 2021.
