Cheery ruby color in the glass, this Shiraz offers fresh aromas of black cherry, plums and fruit cake spice. A little licorice and chocolate compliment the fruit on the palate, with a gentle tannic structure that ensures drinkability with or without food.
The MadFish Shiraz is an opulent, full-bodied wine with excellent concentrated fruit flavours and soft approachable palate. It will drink well now and will develop complex aging characters of rich earth, leather and forest floor over the next 5 years.
