Ice Impérial Rosé, is the first and only rosé champagne especially created to be enjoyed on ice. A new champagne tasting experience that brings together pleasure, freshness and the free spirit of summertime.

Blend: The profile of each wine was meticulously chosen for its specific contribution to the assemblage: Pinot Nior, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay. Angular and vinous, Pinot Noir wines were chosen for both the intensity of the fruit and the structural integration of the dosage.
Round and fleshy, Pinot Meunier wines were selected to add richness and middle notes of harmony and suppleness. Chardonnay wines add a polished acidity.
20% to 30% of especially selected reserve wines round out the assemblage by enhancing its intensity, richness and consistency.

Tasting Notes

Color: Vivid pink with golden highlights.

Bouquet: Mainly scents of fragrant red berries and cherries: morello cherry, lingonberry and cranberry. Nuances of juicy summer fruits: fig and nectarine. An appetizing note of grenadine.

Palate: The sweetness reminiscent of berries disperses and becomes lighter. A harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness. A refreshing finish with a deliciously bittersweet note of pink grapefruit.
