This Cabernet Sauvignon is a Semi Sweet. The grapes were harvested late in the season from the high part of the Samson region. Upon short fermentation the success of keeping the sweetness while retaining nice refined tannins results in a well balanced wine.

Mony Vineyard is a family owned and operated boutique winery, located in the Samson appellation, in the hills near Bet Shemesh. The winery is named after on of the brothers Dr. Mony Artool.
