The strong aroma of the Passion Fruit, together with the sweet/sour taste, create a sense of pure pleasure on the palate. The Passion Fruit comes to us from the north of Israel, is squeezed, undergoes a process of fermentation, after which the wine is aged for at least 12 months in stainless steel vats.
