Voluptuous and juicy, the flesh is loaded with a delicate but intense flavour – the true taste of the Italian summer. These peaches were the favourite of Virgilio Pallini Sr, and his wife used to preserve them in alcohol so he could eat them all year long. She used what was left as a base for a luscious liqueur, adding fresh peach juice as a finishing touch and then mixing it with Italy’s famous sparkling wine. Pallini Peachcello was inspired by Virgilio’s love of Italy’s finest peaches which, picked at their peak, create a world-class liqueur with an exquisite bouquet.
