Description
A beautiful golden color, this wine has a fragrant peach and pear perfume with an agreeable balance and texture on the mouth. The most remarkable quality of Jasnieres is its ability to age for decades.
Pascal Janvier’s version has intense aromas of white flowers, mineral and stone fruit. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied, notes of honey, dried fruits and minerality. “Silex” refers to the flinty soils of the region.
