Very aromatic! Peach and pineapple notes with an exotic nose. Tropical fruit, honey and a touch of grassiness follows and the flavors are fresh and crisp. The finish is a touch spicy and framed by mild acidity.
This blends 57% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Gewürztraminer with no barrel aging, is ready to go with its exuberantly floral nose and sparkling acidity. Steely on the palate, it’s easy to enjoy and light on its feet, with a fleeting intensity on the finish.
Food Pairing
This is a white wine to enjoy on its own or with dishes that bring on the heat like curried chicken or Thai prawn salad.
