I quite liked the peppery, spicy and herbal character of the 2017 Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon… the oak was nicely integrated in the wine that felt harmonious and varietal, clean and with good freshness.
Ideal with red meat, game and mature cheeses. Fine after-dinner drink.
