Piper Sonoma Blanc de Blancs is a traditional-method sparkling wine produced in Sonoma, California, by the team at Piper Sonoma, founded in 1980 as the California outpost of Champagne’s Piper-Heidsieck. The estate has built a reputation for producing high-quality sparkling wines that balance French know-how with Sonoma terroir.
Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs shows bright aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with notes of brioche and almond from extended lees aging. On the palate, it is crisp and elegant, with fine bubbles, refreshing acidity, and a clean, mineral finish.
