Description
Based on the magnificent Quinta de Roriz, this wine is a joint venture between the French Prats family and the Portuguese Symingtons. What has now become an icon wine is made with a nod to Bordeaux, richly structured while also elegant and layering tannins and fruit.
A blend of five grape varieties in a single vineyard, this is a massive wine from the high alcohol vintage, a blockbuster of tannins and dense black fruit. At the same time as all this power, the wine also has a fine swagger to it, promising further aging.
