This hand-harvested, un-oaked, 100% Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a glend of three Casablanca Valley vineyards: El Ensueño, Belén, and El Principal. The sandy, clay soils and cool, coastal climate contribute to a bright, fresh character in the wine.
