The various plots were harvested at the optimal ripening stage and fermented separately, after the fermentations the wines were combined into a white blend. Psagot Sinai White is a refreshing, aromatic, elegant and fruity wine, with rich aromas and flavors of melons and pears, with supportive acidic structure.
