Description
Nice ruby red color, spices well supported by a nice and subtle “boise” with well-structured tannins and minerality. Still very young, the wine exhibits excellent ageing potential, it will only get better with age.
This wine is great on its own or pairs well with grilled or roasted red meats, game, and poultry.
