Beautiful amber color with orange hints, translucent and bright. Pleasant caramel, honey, crème caramel, baked plantain (Amyl), red flowers such as roses and violets, prunes, cinnamon and wet wood. Thick flavor, elegant memories of maple and prunes, quince, medium to long finish, balanced and delicious.
