Description
This is perhaps the most powerful Cabernet Sauvignon ever to come from Roy Estate. The wine is extremely aromatic showing layers of dark fruit, tobacco and cassis. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, bold and rich with ample blackberry, blueberry, cherry and dark chocolate.
The wine possesses beautiful texture, a hint of sweetness and lingering finish. Well-integrated, silky tannins and nice acidity lift the wine. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a compelling example of the depth and power of the wines produced from this unique site. It is already drinking stunningly and will keep improving for the next 15-20 years
