Description
Light gold. Aromas of honeycomb apricot, peach candied lemon limes and wet slate. M bodied, bone dry, high acidity, rounded mouthfeel, tingly minerals. Finishes with elderflower, apricot leather and crushed limestone, long finish, 13% alcohol.
More minerals, stone, pepper, oil, few of lemon present. Persistent spices on a tongue.
