Description
Tart passion fruit, a little tropical pineapple and a fresh lime juice hit. You can really notice the time on the lees too, it has a little creaminess/buttery pastry on the flavour but it doesn’t compromise the clean body at all.
Vanguard carries a veritable carnival of pineapple, guava & gooseberries. ? Mouthfeel carries decent weight for its genre, but still manages to be pleasantly crisp. Tropical sweetness is balanced quite nicely by a drier, more serious, green citrus zest, but its the dramatically lengthy pineapple acidity .
