The 2016 vintage in Germany produced very charming wines with a fine fruitiness and beautifully integrated acidity. The Saint M Riesling shows this vintage character with its juicy apple, melon and citrus aromas, its lush and lifted mid-palate, and its subtle, drying finish. It is a purely delicious Riesling from the Pfalz.
Clean and crisp, with a viscous, mouth-coating texture balanced by a firm, mineral edge.
Ripe flavors of peach and apricot. It is crafted in a medium-dry style with lower alcohol and crisp acidity. It finishes with a nice touch of minerality. pair with sushi and spicy fare.
