Description
Bright, intense yellow. Intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as banana, passion fruit, and pineapple. Young and fruity. Well balanced with a pleasing finish. Pair with fatty fish, shellfish au gratin, white meats, and aged cheeses.
Melony, yeasty aromas come in front of a full, plump but flat palate that’s low on lift. Savory oak notes give this Chardonnay a woody flavor profile, while white fruit flavors of melon and apple fill this out.
A full-bodied Gran Reserva Chardonnay lush with apple pie, tropical fruit, butterscotch and lemon pudding flavours on the palate. Roast chicken please.
