Description
The Santi Soave Vigneti di Monteforte is sourced from vineyards idealy situated throughout the Soave DOC. The wine is vinified and aged “sur lie” entirely in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of 7 months prior to a light filtration and bottling.
Brilliant pale reflections, for a shining chromaticity that bewitches. The olfactory outfit is made elegant by nuances of crunchy apple and summer flower, with mineral scents. In the mouth the fruit is still typically juicy, pulpy, with a decisive fresh-sapid fusion that balances the effect of alcohol and a good softness.
