Medium gold in color, the Choir shows sun-ripened cling peach, juicy nectarine, and wild honeysuckle aromatics. The palate echoes those notes with a clean texture and laser-like exuberance that makes resisting a second glass almost impossible.
With that in mind, this is certainly a wine that calls for sipping a glass or two in a hammock in the backyard. Or pair our Choir with fish tacos with a stone fruit salsa and Serrano peppers.
