Description
The nose is very dominate with ethereal florals, ripe stonefruits and fresh zesty citrus. This follows through to the pallet with the samefresh citrus and flavors of ripe white stone fruit, with an underlying lees driventextural backbone and a pure mineral concentration. A perfectly balanced andcrunchy acidity gives the wine lift, presence and poise.
Lemon, guava and pineapple rind lead the way here, along with some grassy pungency. The palate comes with citrusy zingy acidity and a slightly creamy texture, with a lemony finish. This is a simple but fairly well-balanced drop.
