Description: Sierra Norte distilling was founded by Master Distiller Douglas French, who was passionate about using different varieties of ancient, flavorful Oaxacan corn to create a series of unique and outstanding whiskies. Each variety is distilled separately and aged in French oak casks in order to showcase its individual character and nuance.
