An un-oaked Chardonnay from the Donati Family Vineyard in California that really delivers! Essence of butter cremes and hazelnuts. Full bodied, rich and austere. Notes of salinity, peach blossoms, hibiscus, lemongrass and starfruit. Easy everyday drinking wine. Have this with spicy crab cakes, green chili with grilled pork, or a Swiss raclette.
Tropical aromas of ripe melon, guava and plumeria meet with a steely minerality on the nose of this bottling. The palate tightens around lemongrass and Meyer lemon-pith flavors, with those riper guava-flesh flavors returning by the finish.
