Description
Sonoma County Distilling rejoices in their grain-to-glass technique, with everything done in house, using alembic pot distillation. This 100% rye (both malted and unmalted) is aged in new charred oak casks, then finished in used casks for mellowing. Notes of vanilla, allspice, white pepper, dried apricotand and walnut.
