Description
There is fresh pineapple, honeydew melon, pear compote and a hint of bitter orange. Wonderfully fresh and very juicy on the palate, the present and at the same time soft acid structure gives the wine a wonderful light-footedness, plus the great combination of minerality and enamel on the finish.
At first glance, the Lahn seems a bit lighter than other Sauvignons in the region, only to show itself more with every sip, not only as a versatile food accompaniment, there is also a lot of drinking flow in the glass.
