Description
Finesse, elegance and roundness are the characteristics of this wine. This wine shows loads of rich red and dark berry fruit, spice notes, and very good concentration. It has a soft texture with a touch of spice.
Offering up aromas of cherries, raspberries and peonies, Avrion’s Côte de Brouilly Vieilles Vignes is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and succulent, with melting tannins, ripe acids and an open-knit, charming profile. It isn’t the most serious offering in his portfolio this year, but it’s a delicious, accessible red that’s already drinking well.
