Description
Our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc opens with an abundant array of white peach, thyme, and gooseberry, reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is textured and lush with layers of Key lime and kiwi fruit, leading to a lengthy finish with fresh, bright acidity.
Whole-cluster pressed grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak, leading to tangy citrus- and peach-flavored goodness on the palate, with an undercurrent of vanilla bean. Fleshy and lush, the steely acidity balances the richness without dampening it completely, leading to a satisfying, lengthy finish.
