Our 110 proof Single Barrel “Daufuskie Select” Bourbon is a premium whisky that’s a great balance between our 100 proof Small Batch Bourbon and our higher proof Single Barrel Bourbons. Aged in 53 gallon American oak barrels with heavy char, this bourbon is aged 6 years 9 months. Enjoy this bourbon neat or on a whisky rock, and for the cocktail fans this bourbon also mixes well with your favorite version of Old Fashioned.
