Description
Tabor Adama Shiraz is a dark garnet, almost purple color. Classic aromas of black and bleuberries, plum, cassis and strawbery combined with hints of cracked black pepper.
The wine is soft-bodied with round velvety tannins and is light and pleasant to drink. The wine was especially created for moments of joy, closeness and good friendship. It is fresh and fruity and carries the spirit of Mount Tabor. Tastes great with leaner red meat, stew, and mildly spicy ethnic foods.
Shiraz is a species that is wonderfully expressed in the Mediterranean sun. It is a wine from the best Shiraz offered by the Upper Galilee and has a medium body and a great balance between intense berry flavors and refined fleshy character. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
